After Effects CC download stuck at %47

I downloaded and installed all the other apps (last versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere etc.) without problem but After Effects keep getting stuck at %47 while downloading.

I reinstalled the Creative Cloud app, also i tried to download it from the website but nothing changed (and also disabled antivirus). Any help is much appreciated...

I am on Windows 10. (64 bit)

Dell Inspiron 15 7000, Intel Core i7 7700HQ 2,8 GHz,16GB Ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti.

quit the cc desktop app and then restart it by right clicking the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

or try a direct download (though this may not be the most recent version), Download Creative Cloud apps
