after effects cs6 update 11.04 failed

hi

trying to update AE CS6 after installing Yosemite 10.10.2 from 10.8.5 - AE update 11.04 fails in the Application manager - 'this patch is not applicable for you'

So how do I get AE to fire up again?!

    well I installed AE CS6 again on my new SSD drive and the App manager let me update that version, but didn't want to update my original version on my existing drive... so fixed, but plugins etc to reinstall

    thanks for the reply - this first link takes me to the updates page with the 11.04 patch which is not working for me - I would love to know why?
