After Effects not included in CC subscription?

Hi everyone,

First post here. Just updated my account to from the photographers plan to CC annual paid monthly.

After a few CC updates all is good except I can't install After Effects or Lightroom, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver.

I can either "Try", "Buy" or "Learn More".

Learn More leads to the app determining that After Effects "Works on this device" so it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue.

Any help is appreciated because I need to get AE working asap for a collaborative project.

Thanks!

Tomc, thank you for upgrading your Creative Cloud membership! I am showing the upgrade was successful. Have you logged out and logged back into the Creative Cloud desktop app to force the new membership to be seen by the application? It will automatically update itself, but you can force the check by signing out and back in.

If you continue to be blocked from using After Effects or Lightroom, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html for more solutions.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

Hi everyone,

First post. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question.
Been away from CC for awhile until a recent project required it. So I update my account to annual CC subscription, paid monthly. After a few CC updates all is good except I do not have access to all of the apps and I am prompted to "Try" or "Buy" After Effects (which I need) as well as Illustrator, Lightroom, and Dreamweaver. After selecing "Lean More" the app says "Works on this device" so its not a hardware limitation.
Any idea what is going on here?

Thanks for your help!
