What's wrong with Adobe update service? Since a couple of months has been almost impossible to install or update apps through CC desktop panel.
I'm having some problems with AE and trying to re-install it. It tooks second to reach 22% and now it's freeze on that point.

Last week tryed to install some apps at home and it was a nightmare!

Cristian_Pasciani, do you ever receive any specific error messages?  They will be recorded in the install log and you can use the steps listed in  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html to locate the error.

If you are attempting to use a CC membership, on a managed network similar to Stolley1, then please make sure to inform whoever is managing the network that you are facing problems with the update process.  If you work for an organization that has a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership, then access to update on the individual systems may be completely blocked.

    Thanks Jeff,
I'm working under a domestic connection. Anyway I just left it working and suddendly it finished the update but it took more than 4 hours. Meanwhile I tryed with the direct links provided by Adobe and it took less than five minutes. It seems like the CC app has something bad.

Cristian_Pasciani, if you see slow downloads when the apps are installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, then I would recommend reviewing the settings of any installed firewalls.  It may be that standard downloads are being allowed, but downloads that are coming through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application are being blocked or reviewed, thereby slowing down the whole process.

These errors should be recorded within the installation logs.  Did you find any errors in the log, Cristian_Pasciani?

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in this. LOL
I gave it another chance and it stoped on 64%, I left it during the entire afternoon and then from one minute to another it finished the update. There's no need to tell that regarding my internet connection everything else was working fine.
