After entering my university id number and the school comes up, the redeem redemption code page won't advance.

I chose "I am teacher, faculty or staff" as the university bookstore instructed. I fill in the name and other information. But the "continue" button seems to remain inactive. If is active, it doesn't advance the page after I hit it.
