Did you try what it says at the link I provided?

    or

A chat session where an agent may remotely look inside your computer may help

Creative Cloud chat support (all Creative Cloud customer service issues)

Adobe programs require you to use a computer account with Administrator rights

You may also try Doing Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 [says Encore and also for "All" versions of Premiere... and other Adobe programs] will sometimes fix "odd" errors

Thanks for help. More exactly: I can't start photshop after installation, it means, the installation ends with success, no error. InDesign or Illustrator work, but I need Photoshop now. What happens? My Windows-OS is installed on a SSD, 120 GB capacity, not enough? More than 40% is free, the pagefile.sys is located on an other drive. 32 GB RAM, 2 SSDs, 2 SATA-drives, BDdrive, should I throw away the f... machine???
