After installing Creative Cloud, all attempts of an application installation fails
New CC paid user. After installing the CC app, when trying to install any application (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), the installation begins, then eventually delivers an "Installation Fail" message. There's a error #15 associated. The "detail" page doesn't provide any clarification.
I was on the phone w/ Adobe support for over an hour. They remotely took control of my computer (PC, Win7) and felt it had to do with permissions. They changed a large number of different permissions (added "everyone" all over the place), cleared temporary files, created a new Administrator account and nothing worked.
Any ideas, folks? The support guy was nice and tried a lot of different things but nothing worked. He said he would escalate but I thought I'd see what the group here thought.
