After installing Creative cloud it doesn't open and instead tells me that there is a problem which can be resolved by installing CC again but if i do it again message shows again

To ressolve probllem Adobe Creative Cloud is needed which is'nt installed or is broaken. Download and install new copy from

//www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.

I also used CC cleaner to clear files before re instalation but it doesn't help.

I did so and it still doesn't work.

i know you've done most of this, but make sure you do it all and in the correct order.

uninstall everything cc including lastly the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Sorry for lame question but in which compatibility mode am i suposed to instal CC? Windows 7?

use your os, if it''s win 7 or win 8 or win 10.
