After installing Photoshop from creative cloud does not open the application.
I enabled the "open" button after the download but it does not open the application and I do not see the files installed in c: / program files

Does you computer meet the minimum requirements to run the latest Photoshop CC?

Photoshop system requirements

You need Windows 10 1511 or higher.

restart your computer and recheck your c>program files>adobe>adobe photoshop <version>

and check your cc desktop app to verify the app info matches your file system
