after reinstall cs6 production premium, keeps asking serial nr

after HD crash I had to recover HD with time machine. The CS suite programs did no longer work after recovery : "err16 please reinstall"

I uninstalled using the adobe uninstall but did not realize I had to deactivate the cs6 license first .

After reinstalling cs6 with the correct license number the cs6 applications do not start but open the adobe application manager and asks for license number to activate the application. The license number is accepted but the applications behavior stays the same : application manager opens and says trail period of 30 days is over and license number is needed for activation..

We have a CLP 5.0 license program -education  quantity= 4

support for CS6 seems only possible via chat or this forum.
