After reinstalling my computer, all Adobe applications are incompatible with my system and cannot be installed.
I'm using Windows 11 24H2 and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with the latest drivers. What should I do?

I disabled compatibility mode, and after installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++, the issue was resolved. Thanks everyone!

The current version of Win11 is 25H2 (update for 2025).

Also, do you have ample free disk space on your primary hard drive?

    1. Go to Start > Settings > System > Storage...
    2. If your hard drive is full, delete Temp files and move pictures & other files to external HDs.

per @Jeff_A_Wright  is the cc desktop set to run in compatibility mode?

Thanks for posting, @Jubilant_Buttercup8140. I am sorry you are unable to install the recent updates to the different Adobe applications. Please verify that the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application is not set up to use Compatibility mode. There is no need for compatibility mode when running the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, and setting it to an older operating system would cause the errors you are seeing.

it’s not clear what you mean by “reinstalling” your computer.

and what exactly do you see when installing the cc desktop app?

that is the cc desktop app.

    any problems when installing it?

    what version is it?

anything else adobe ever installed on that computer?
