Hi,

As I am thinking of an monthly Abo for 11,89 €, I just decided to start with a testversion first.  So I registered an adobe account and everything was fine till this point.

Inside my new created account, clicked on test version and it led me to the download area, where I was supposed to download the Creative Cload first.

So I did and it started the downlaod process. No error message till this point.

Next step I tried, was to run the installation and here I am struggeling for hours. The installation starts for maybe 30 sec. and an error message keeps popping up.

Error 43 (Adobe error not Windows)

About my system and what I already tried:

I read every Adobe thread here and really tried every step I found, but did not help

Win7

downloaded installer with Firefox

started installation with "run as admin"

started from downlaod folder, but also tried from C: drive directly

I have no previous version of Photoshop on my PC

Also ended all adobe processes before I run the installation

I really have now idea why this error message keeps popping up. Am I following the wrong steps?

my goal is tho test the 11,89 € Abo with a testversion.

What should I try?

Thanks.
