After uninstalling trial version, the install manager will not let me install my paid versions.

I used to have a trial version of CS6 Master Collection which I unistalled when it ran up, and then took advantage of the creative cloud student deiscount. Now I am trying to install the applications I need, Illustrator Indesign and Photoshop, but for every application in which I previously had a trial version, the install manager is telling me an existing install exists (even though they were all uninstalled and my uninstaller deleted all traces of the applications) and now the install manager will not let me install the applications.....

On a side note I will state that it is lovely that Adobe does not offer any customer support on the weekends either, their programs seem easier to use illegally then to use legitimately.
