After update PS Elements 13 program refuses to validate serial number. Can't use the program. Nowhere answers, impossible to contact Adobe.

After update PS Elements 13 program refuses to validate serial number. Can't use the program. Nowhere answers, impossible to contact Adobe. The support really sucks. Have to login 100 times, everytime clicking the same subject to go further and getting back at the same spot of the support pages.

    I have the exact same problem, it worked when I installed onto my laptop, now the serial number doesn't work....the same serial number as my adobe profle.....& yeah it sux you have to keep loggin in...overkill on security there...

    I reinstalled PS Elements. Same problem. Activation box says I don't have connection to internet. lm.licenses.adobe.com doesn't connect. Offline activation doesn't work. Can't get activation code with my serial.

    Where are you Adobe?????

    I hate it that Adobe causes problems and you have to sort it out yourself. I don't call that support.

    Are you getting any specific error message like Unable to Validate serial number or any other message?
