After updating premier pro cc, it crashes during launch. What do I do?

Hello there all,

I have been using adobe premier pro cc for a few weeks now without problems but after an update for premier pro cc and adobe cc,

premier pro cc keeps crashing during the loading screen giving the error "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working".

I have tried, restarting, reinstalling both adobe cc and premier pro cc.

I also have tried running as administartor.

It leaves me in the same situation

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Joe

The only workaround I have found is to disable the NVIDIA graphic card and GPU. Once I did that Premier Pro CC came up without any errors and has been performing since. However, it's a workaround. Unfortunately, the core problem still exists and that is the graphic card and the drivers somehow conflicting with the Creative Suite.

This came out of nowhere for us. We had been using two identical workstations, Dell 6430's, and no updates have been applied recently or new software. They both went down at the same time when Premier Pro CC arbitrarily just stopped working. It had been working fine up until that point for over a year. Everything else in the Creative Cloud runs fine on them.
