Hello,

I recently upgraded my hard drive.

I used Carbon Copy clone to move everything from the old one.

Attempted to launch Photoshop - no success. Interface of PS loads, but the mouse cursor changes immediately to the round spinning rainbow.

Went through the full upgrade of all Adobe products. Installed everything successfully. The same result as before.

Downloaded and ran AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.zip.

Some adobe files still remained in the Application folder. Deleted them manually.

Restarted.

Downloaded a fresh AdobeCollection_CS6_LS16.

Installed Master Collection from the fresh download. Same result.

uninstall, clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and reinstall.

    Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Please note: Files need to be installed directly on the computer, not copied or transferred. Uninstalling, cleaning, and reinstalling should help as indicated in KGLAD's post above.
