After Windows Fall update (2017), Adobe CC programs don't start - MSVCP110.dll error

After Windows did the Fall update, none of the Adobe CC programs would start, windows gave me this error:

"The procedure entry point _crtcreatesymboliclinkw could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP110.dll"

I read that the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 file may need to be updated.

Adobe has this fix on their page:  Error: Entry point not found

I clicked the repair button (when installing that file) and now the programs start. Anyone else have this problem after windows updated?
