AI for windows 7 won't install

I purchased and download AI CC.

When I try to install it stops at about 1% and an Error Code: 205 comes up.

I re-enter and it happens again, this time with Error Code: 81.

I went to the chat room and chatted with tech - after 3 hours and 3 different people it still will not install and stops at 1%.

Turned off Firewall. Turned off Virus Protect. Changed Set-Up and Run, did everything tech said to do - but this problem has not been resolved.

I thought Inkscape crashes were bad - this is worst because I have the product and it won't install.

I've read though many of the same issues - but have not been able to solve my issue.

Running on Windows 7, 64 bit, meet all system requirements.

Any help what so ever with be so very welcomed.
