AI & Photoshop keep crashing upon opening.

InDesign opereating fine, all from Creative Cloud with latest software and updates.

I've uninstalled and re-installed both, they initially open, then get an error report and it shuts down.

I've run the latest software updates on my laptop and gone through the above process again and still the same issue. Any suggestions?
