Download the Creative Cloud desktop, instruction to do it mentioned at the following link

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

 

Once downloaded and installed, open it, log in with the Adobe Id you used to purchase your subscription, then you can locate Premier Pro from the list of apps available for download, click install and it should be done after sometime. You are ready to use your program
