Je n'ai pas très bien compris... Je souhaite installer ACC sur mon PC perso pour mon compte perso mais à 1,5% erreur 42

I am sorry, Pauline, but Error 42 means that the User account is being denied permission to make the necessary changes.  If you have already tried to implement the solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/Error-code-42-or-72-when-installing-or-updating-Creative-Cloud-desktop-app.html unsuccessfully, then please begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so direct assistance can be provided to attempt to resolve the permission error, Pauline.

Pauline, Error 42 commonly occurs because the current User account cannot validate the installed digital certificates.  Are you installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on a computer that you manage?

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/Error-code-42-or-72-when-installing-or-updating-Creative-Cloud-desktop-app.html for several solutions to resolve Error 42. If you have additional questions, then please update this public forum discussion with any error messages you encountered while manually installing the necessary certificates.

Please try to create a new Administrator account or an account with Admin rights an try with this account.

Perhaps your account profile is buggy. In Window this happens sometimes. I do know how about in MacOS, if there canbe the same.
