    Kimm55917219 depending upon the software title the Akamai Download Manager will be automatically downloaded and installed.  Which Adobe software title are you trying to download and install?  What operating system are you planning to install the software on?

    I am trying to download cs6 design web premium. I had it on an old laptop

    an am trying to put it on my new one. I cant find the disk from when i

    original purchase it.
