if you can’t activate because of an excess activation count message, you must use an computer that has a current activation and deactivate it.  there’s no other option.

As per the Adobe Creative Cloud Support Policy, we officially provide support for the current (N) and previous (N-1) versions of our products, so CS6 is no longer a supported version: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/cc-support-policy.html.

We cannot help, unfortunately. Activation issue must be handled by Adobe and I do not believe that there is anyone available to help with a 14 year old version of the software.

It might be time to consider either moving to Creative Cloud or exploring alternatives.
