Aktivierung CS6 auf MacOs Mojave nicht mehr möglich, auch nicht Anforderungscode generieren usw.

Hallo, ich kann meine CS6 nicht mehr neu aktivieren, auch kein Anforderungscode generieren usw., weil scheinbar nicht online(!?). Bei Seriennnummer aktivieren heisst es dann entweder die Seriennummer konnte nicht gefunden werden oder ich hätte schon die Anzahl Geräte erreicht, was nicht stimmt. Hab schon alles Mögliche probiert und es funktioniert definitiv nicht. Kann mir in dieser Sache jemand helfen? Gerne möchte ich meine erworbene CS6 weiterhin benutzen können. Da der MacBook Pro auf dem momentan eine funktionierende Version installiert, zu langsam geworden ist, habe ich die Software auf einem Macmini 2018 installiert (Mojave). Nun aber klappt es nicht mit der Registrierung/Aktivierung.

CS6 will NOT install or run on any modern macOS beyond Mojave.

Since Catalina, Apple requires you to use 64-bit software.

1. Did you deactivate Creative Suite from your previously installed devices first?
That's critically important because your individual license has a strict 2 time activation limit. Remote deactivation of Creative Suite is not possible.

If the old devices are dead or no longer in your possession, you're stuck. You won't be allowed to activate CS on another device.

I know, until Mojave, sure I'll install on Mojave.
I have it disabled on an old MacBook.
I should also uninstall my last running version on the last device? That's probably a joke. Then I won't have any, because I can't install/activate it again.
Dead devices: You used to be able to install the software as much as you wanted, if the activation was exceeded, then you had to deactivate it automatically somewhere. I had the software on 2 devices for many years and everything worked perfectly. Since I contacted Adobe customer service, it no longer works! Coincidence? Adobe is very interested that not a single running version is running anywhere on any device anymore, yes this inconvenient for Adobe CS6 that so many people still love...

Danke, aber das habe ich alles schon gemacht. Auch von einem anderen Gerät konnte ich kein Anforderungscode generirern. Und als es einmal mit online Seriennummer aktivieren "funktioniert" hat, dann kam die Meldung Adobe konnte die Seriennummer nicht gefunden. Auch ist es mir nicht möglich, weil auch die Medlung kommt, ich hätte die Anzahl Computer erreicht (stimmt aber nicht, es sind nur 2)

most licenses allow 2 activations. if you're seeing an excess activation count message, you must restore, at least, one activation to re-use that serial number.

the only way to restore an activation is to deactivate from a computer that currently has an activation. that computer must have an updated os and updated (non-opera) browser.

use offline activation:

disconnect the computer from the internet

Launch the product.

At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.

Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.

Write down the Request Code.

Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.

Click Offline Activation.

Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Enter your Request code and click Generate.

Write down the Response code.

Switch back to the offline computer.

Enter the Response Code and click Activate.
