Aktivierung Elements nicht möglich

Leider habe ich Probleme mein Produkt Photoshop Elements auf meinem neuen PC zu aktivieren. Mir wird angezeigt dass ich dieses erst auf dem Altgerät deaktivieren muss. Das ist mir nicht möglich, das Gerät war defekt. Es kann doch nicht sein dass ich mein Programm jetzt noch einmal bezahlen muss!

Elements 2024. Habe jetzt die Seriennummer einfach in das zweite Feld (neue Seriennummer) eingegeben, dann hat sich das Programm aktivieren lassen. Mal sehen ob das duerhaft so bleibt.
