Aktualisierung funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen,

kann Photoshop und Photoshop Beta nicht aktualisieren (Mac), obwohl die Button vorhanden sind. Blau unterlegt und links in der Leiste stehen 2 Update. Beim Klick auf den Aktualisieren Button passiert gar nichts. Beim Anklicken von "alle Aktualisieren" wird der Button kurz hell (als ob was passiert), nach ca. 3 Sekunden wird er wieder hervorgehoben und es fand keine Aktualisierung statt.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails,restart your computer and check your cc desktop app. also, chect the ps to see if it's already been updated.

if those fail, what is your os version and what ps version is installed?
