"All apps" tab says PS is not installed -- but it is

This just started happening.

I have already logged out, quit CC, restarted CC and logged back in, with no effect.

It shows LrC and CameraRaw in the "Installed" section but PS now appears in the "Available in your plan" section, with an (Install) button.  I can run PS normally from the Windows start menu.

Not sure if it's meaningful, but the currently installed version of PS is 24.0, but in CC under "Other versions" it lists 24.0.1 as the current version.

click to install it over the current install and the cc app will recognize it's already installed.

    That "worked", except it seems my local CC was seriously behind. 

    Before the reinstall I had 24.0 and CC told me the latest was 24.0.1.  AFTER the reinstall I now have 24.4.1
