All CC Applications stuck at screen with spinning blue circle (2019) (FIX)

Go to the IE browser "Advanced settings", uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk". Try and be surprised, it works!

(And I mean if it stuck when you open programs from CC).

So what happens if you're not using Internet Explorer. Or am I missing something? I'm having the same issue.
