All CC apps Not Responding after launch

Any of the tools launch, but go unresponsive when you try to do anything - eg new document creates but as soon as you try to do anything like select a tool the application lists as "not responding"

Mac OS 10.14.2 Mojave

Adobe PS 20.03

Adobe CC 4.70.400

Have tried resetting preferences

Technical support have advised to turn off any GPU acceleration options and this appears to work for PS but not ID or DW. Now on to Apple support as there may be a permission issue
