How do I use the DVD's I received in the retail pkg for photoshop elements 14?

    Hi,

    You can also download the installer for Photoshop elements 14 from the link as follows and can run it to install PSE 14 directly either running the DVDs received.

    You can install via download but what issue are you having with the DVDs?

    If your computer does not have a DVD drive (most new ones don't) then install via download.
