All installer start and after few seconds they shut without error code

I've encounterd a problem with installing all cc apps.

All installers are starting normal with a window for the login credentials. After a few seconds the window closes without any further notification or error code.

I've tried the installer for lightroom cc, lightroom classic, cloud cc and photoshop cc. All with the same issue.

To fix the problem i deinstalled adobe Acrobat XI, which i have as a single license (not connected to my adobe-id). Then tried to remove all with the CC cleaner tool.

Closed all firewall (windowsfirewall) and antivirus software (Avast free) without any change in behaviour of the window.

All windows updates are installed.

I'm using a new HP Pavillion desktop computer with windows 10 home.

Have you any suggestions to help me with my problem?

At the windows performance monitor (dos prompt-> perfmon /rel) were many errors concerning the gaphic driver listed.

I uninstalled the drivers, restarted my computer, reinstalled the driver via windows update and all errors were gone. :-)

The uninstall tool tells me that i have cc applications installed. If i use it anyway it tells me about its success removing cc desktop with errors.

The cc desktop or any other application was not installed on this computer.

How is this possible? Is there a possibility to uninstall all applications?

The cc cleaner tool completes with success.

After restarting the computer i still have the installation problem.

Adobe installers create a log file during different stages of the installation process, see if when you try to install the software it creates such a file. That way you might have an error code to help troubleshooting

Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files

If no success after that, I suggest contact support
