Question

All my apps have been taken off my subscription

Hey,

So I went onto my Creative Cloud account yesterday, and saw that all my apps needed updating. I usually just use Premiere Pro, so I updated it. After that was done, it said I could use it as a test/trial version (for 7 days).

I have already bought a 1 year subscription to all the apps.

I use the cloud account on 1 other PC, where it DOES work. However, not on my laptop where it says I need to buy Premiere Pro and the other apps.

I am NOT using my account on another computer, which would de-activate the apps on one of the other computers, so that is not the issue.

I have also tried logging in and out.

There is also no way for me to contact support, as it says to contact "my administrator" which there is no possibility of doing, and then there are no other ways of communication, which is really bad.

Anyone who has had this issue?

You'll still need to contact Adobe support. This is a public forum. Users here can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues..

Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help: .

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html.

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work. .

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

As an alternative, you can go to your account page (https://account.adobe.com/) and scroll down to Contact Adobe under Helpful resources. Once you click that, a panel is displayed with the most common needs, and a phone number is also provided.
