Allow uninstall WITHOUT Internet or logging in

Just as the title says... QUIT forcing us to get on the internet, logging in only to have some BS update we don't want before we can uninstall this software. It's counter intuitive, no one wants the update before they uninstall, flush CC updater down the toilet and don't make it required. And, no downloading more junk software just to uninstall is not going to be a solution.
