already install creative cloud but have trouble downloading photoshop

I can't download photoshop and it keeps showing "waiting" on the creative cloud....nothing wrong with internet or computer....I'm using the new macbook pro...can anyone help!!! i purchased it for several days and still could not use it .....so frustrated !

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

when I click the first link you provided, i try to active adobe but then the page just pumped out "there is an error...."

and i have no idea how to continue
