Always 'waiting' and install doesn't start.

Hi.

I wanna start installing softwares from Creative Cloud and clicked "install" button but install doesn't start.

I stopped the firewall of my security software too.

I restarted computer many times as well and waited for more than 2 hours but the install doesn't start.

How can I solve this?

In addition to John's questions, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using, Sceissensee?  There is no membership assigned to the e-mail address you are using to post to this public discussion forum.

Ok, thanks, Scheissensee.  I am glad to hear that the suggestions offered by John resolved your error.  I would recommend verifying what type of Creative Cloud membership you are using, in case you encounter any future problems.
