Am I going to have to pay for this?

I have just tried to sign and date a non disclosure agreement that so had to return to an employer.  Until now I have been able to do this at no cost.  But today I appear to have been directed to a page where I was being rail-roared into agree to paying for something I thought was free.  What should I do now?
