Am I reading this correctly? I can use other apps free if I have a Creative Cloud membership?

I just recieved an email telling me "Creative Cloud member benefits: 3 more apps at no additional cost".   I have been using Lightroom Classic for years and have a paid Creative Cloud membership.  I didn't realize I was eligible for any other programs or apps other that Lightroom mobile and Photoshop.  I am really interested in some of the other apps, but can't seem to find any specific advice on what is available to me.

I also am paying for Adobe Rush 1.5, but that is in addition to my Lightroom and Photoshop.  

I feel like somewhere I missed some useful programs and apps...

Any advice would be appreciated.
