Amazon annual subscription: unable to link adobe id

After purchasing the annual plan from Amazon, they send you an email with an activation link. The link takes you to a page where you either link your existing adobe id OR can click a link to create a new adobe account.

 

when i enter my adobe id, the link button on Amazon remains gray/ unclickable.

 

when I click on create new account the redemption URL is unreachable on Adobes side. The url is http://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/ddd/?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fdsv%2Factivation%2FcreateNewAccountCallback%3FrequestId%Xxxxxxxxxxxx%26licenseId%3Dyyyyyyy

I have replaced identifable information about me here with xxxx and yyyy

 

 

I think the activation flow for adobe on Amazon is severely broken. How do I reach support?

 

There's no chat or email option except for posting to this forum.

recheck your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com

 

even with no active adobe subscription, if you use a valid id that (most importantly) links to your email address, you'll see your account (where you can/should double-check that email address).
