AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics card compatible with Photoshop and Illustrator?

Going to switch out of Windows S mode so I can download apps but want to be sure AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics card will work ok before I do? Thanks in advance guys!

Some products have more stringent requirements than others.

Thanks - we checked that but it does not list our graphics card as compatible...was hoping to find someone who knows if an AMD Radeon Vega 3 graphics card would be enough to work for Illustrator and Photoshop.
