AME 2015.2

As everyone else using AE with audio(hundreds and hundreds of comments prove that adobe is falling down on the job on that issue),

I am unable to properly output a file with audio.  I am attempting to following instructions:Re: Media Encoder After Effects Linked Comp Audio Issue 

I am unable to locate a download for the specific file needed AME 2015.2 - can someone direct me where to upload that exact file?  I am not provided the option to select which 2015 update I would like and can not follow the work around instructions given.
