An issue was closed while I was in hospital- how to reopen

I have an issue and an id number which was closed while I was sick in hospital.

There are no options for me to reopen it and chat is no longer accessible.

And since the issue is around the serial number I can not access the software. Help

What should I do?

    "Still Need help" CHAT is greyed out - I can't click it.

    try a different browser, make sure cookies are enabled and sign in to adobe.com
