Any Limitation on installing inDesign on two of my computers?

I plan on upgrading from inDesign CS5.5 to inDesign6. Is there any problems installing it on both my iMac and my Macbook with regard to any Adobe restriction that would prevent me from doing this?

    You can install the software on 2 machine but cannot use them on the same time , also if you have CS5.5 installed on one machine then you have install the CS6 on the same machine otherwise the concept of the upgrade would be defied.

    So overall you can install the Cs6 on 2 machine but cannot have CS5.5 on 2 machine and CS6 on seperate 2 machine also you cannot use the both machine at the same time.
