Any way to install PSE 7? My disc isn't working, can i get a replacement or download?

I have a version of Photoshop Elements, 7. When I try to install it, it goes through the wizard and says it is installed but when I try to open it up there is no .exe file. Is there any way I can get a replacement disc, or download the installer? My serial number is still valid. Thanks.
