Any way to use Adobe CC offline?

Would like to shut down the internet or restrict most websites, but Photoshop keeps wanting to access 'SECURED' sites.  I am on MAC and can use screen time to stop most websites, but Adobe asking for to many sites to access.  I would like to run these Apps offline.

You can run CC apps offline for a while, but you will eventually have to connect to keep the subscription active.
