Hi,

If you're on Windows 10 ,check if "Bytefence" is installed on your machine.Uninstall it and try .

I dont have Bytefence and im still getting the error code. Im honestly getting very irritated because nothing has worked for me.

What application are you trying to install? Have you tried installing the CC Desktop app, and then installing your application from there?
