anyone got problems with downloading the programms ?

Hello,I always get error messages when downloading and trying to install my programs no matter which one it is. Earlier i got the 201 error than i switched the port of my usb wifi connector. I was able to install 2 programs afterwards but now i get the error 113. I checked the permissions of CC all fine, i dont know what to try next.Pls help

Error 201 indicates an installation or update failure that happens when your device is not able to connect to the server.
Error 113 indicates that your device is not able to connect to Adobe servers, or the firewall settings on your device are interfering with the installation process.

Please try using a different Internet connection or a wired connection instead of the Wi-Fi if possible. Wi-Fi can be unstable sometimes.
