I have the PC disk set of CS5 Design Premium, is there a way that Adobe will allow me to install on a Mac?

    ‌CS6 only.

    Adobe's exchange policy on that page states that it does not apply to CS5 or earlier versions.

    no, your pc serial number will not work with a mac.
