Aobe Creative Cloud Apps Section Loading and Download Error

So I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud a few days ago and I wanted to check out Photoshop, Premier Pro, etc. When I downloaded it first of all it took a LONG time to load in the Apps section. If it would stop loading it came up with this Download Error, sending a link to download Creative Cloud, but I already downloaded it. If someone could help me with this that would be amazing

-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
