Aparece código de error 190

Error 190 means that your system does not meet the minimum system requirements of the PS version that you are trying to download. For system requirements, you can check the following link

See if it's a hardware thing or a software thing that is causing the problem and try to fix it. If it's a hardware issue that you can't resolve at the moment then check if your computer is compatible with the previous major version of PS. For your information, Adobe officially supports only the last two major versions which currently would be 22 and 21. Regarding installing older versions of the software see the following article

If your computer does not support even version 21 then you can download still older versions from the following website

https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl

The download links are provided from the Adobe server's so they are legit downloads. However, as I mentioned Adobe does not officially support these versions so don't expect any updates or bug fixes. Also, it might be possible that the download links might not work due to Adobe stopping the download service. If so then there is no legit way to get your hands on the installer of that version.
