Hi

How can i fix the problem? Cloud update automaticly Photoshop on my win7 computer. Now its not start, by the older Version comes follow message  "api-ms-win-core-library-l1-2-0.dll is missing"  the its crash the programm. I dot want install win10 where can i find this dll?

I believe that is due to the incompatible camera raw 13 being installed on your windows 7.

 

The solution seems to be installing camera raw 12.4 as described in this thread:

Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing (adobe.com)

 

if you don't want to update your os, you'll need to use a compatible (ie, old) ps version

The prob is its on the CC i cant installing the old version ...

you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. 1 major version previous (ps 20 at the current time) is compatible with win 7/sp 1.

 

you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials.

 

other versions are revealed in the apps tab by clicking the 3 dots adjacent to the open/install button after clicking preferences>cc>tick show older apps.
